Author Guidelines

Publication Limitations

A maximum of two manuscripts by the same author may be published in a single issue: one as a principal author and another as a co-author, or both as a co-author.

Plagiarism and Similarity Check

1. The corresponding authormust ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism.
2. The overall similarity indexmust be below 10%and properly cited where required.
3. All borrowed data or ideas must be cited following international academic publishing standardsand the formatting requirements of the Journal of Advanced Supply Chain Management.

Research Ethics and ORCID iD

1. Authors must adhere to international research ethicsin study design, data collection, manuscript writing, and publication.
2. Authors must provide their ORCID iDat the submission stage.
3. ORCID iDs will be embedded into the article metadatain the online system.

Author Information and Manuscript Structure

1. Complete affiliation detailsof all authors must be provided during submission.
2. Manuscripts should be submitted in two separate files:

Title Page: Includes the title, author names, affiliations, author contributions, data availability statement, ethical statement, acknowledgments, and funding details.

Main Document: Should not contain any author details to ensure blind review.

3. The corresponding author’s official and personal email IDs, along with the ORCID iDs of all authors, will be printed in the final published manuscript.

Manuscript Length Requirements

1. Quantitative studies:Minimum 6,000 words, including references.
2. Qualitative or mixed-method studies:8,000–12,000 words, including references.

Language and Formatting

1. Manuscripts should be edited by an English language expert, preferably a native speaker, before submission.
2. Referencing and citations must follow APA format (latest edition)as specified in the journal’s guidelines.
3. In-text citation style must be used, with a complete reference listat the end.
4. Authors should reflect on their citation practices and ensure that globally recognized authorsand scholars from the study’s relevant regionare cited.
5. Journal of Advanced Supply Chain Management reserves the right to edit, modify, add, or remove contentat any stage or may request the corresponding author to do so.

Submission and Formatting Requirements

1. Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word formatby one of the authors.

2.The manuscript should be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.15 line spacing.

3. Figures, tables, and illustrations (Times New Roman, 10-point font) must be placed within the textat appropriate points, not at the end.
4. The manuscript must not be submitted or under review elsewhere.

Conflict of Interest and Withdrawal Policy

1. The corresponding author must ensure no conflicts of interestexist among co-authors.
2. A manuscript cannot be withdrawnafter it has been forwarded to the peer-review stagein the journal’s online system.
3. Manuscripts under review bytheJournal of Contemporary Economics and Management (JCEM) must not be submitted elsewhere unless officially rejected.

Peer Review and Publication Rights

1. Submitting a manuscript for editorial or peer review does not guarantee acceptance.
2. The acceptance letter is issued only aftercompleting the peer-review process and approval from the editorial committee.
3. Authorsgrantthe Journal of Contemporary Economics and Management (JCEM) non-exclusive rights to circulate the manuscript and derivative works (e.g., translations).

Submission Process

1. Authors must register and log into the journal’s online submission portalbefore submitting their manuscript.
2. Manuscripts must be submitted via the online system in MS Word format.
3. A signed agreement formmust be provided, confirming that all journal requirements are met.
